2005 – Christopher – as a consultant surgeon in Olsztyn regional hospital decides to buy the old farm near Olsztyn and so fulfills his horses’ and hunting dreams.
On his own, with friends and family starts first amendments which are supposed to restore the farm in the end. (SKJ)

2008 – Barbara – in a moment of personal crisis decides to change from town dweller into country type girl and continues development of recreation base in Pajtuny in line with the Western City theme village path and best practice models of the EU fund Equal . She also takes into account family interests and regional strategy of rural tourism development. (TLB)
